This is a brewing masterclass taught entirely in Mandarin Good brewing technique allows you to get the most out of your coffee. In this class Zenki will cover all aspects of coffee brewing; from basics to the most advanced techniques. This hands-on session allows you to master the brewing process to ensure you are getting the best out of any coffee, whether at home or in the workplace. Zenki will cover methods such as pourover, plunger and Aeropress, while discussing how variables in our preparation impact flavor. To further understand what makes for a good manually brewed coffee, we will be exploring the basics of coffee extraction theory, and the contributing factors to coffee flavor throughout its lifecycle from seed to cup.
