Anibal Molina

Colombia Anibal Molina

$16.50$58.00

This coffee is named after the producer; Anibal Molina, who only has 4 hectares of Caturra on his farm.

This coffee is part of the co-op’s Premium Program, which facilitates the producer to improve farm processes, and focus on the quality and sale of their microlots.

Like many Colombian coffees the cherry is floated before de-pulping, to remove potential floaters. The coffee is then fully washed post fermentation within a cement tank for 20-24 hours depending on the temperature of the day. It is then slow dried over an average of 20 days inside parabolic dryers on top of raised beds. Once the moisture is stabilised it is transported to Coocentral’s storage warehouse with air-conditioning ready for export.

This coffee’s flavour profile is very typical of a specialty grade Colombian; defined citric flavour, and high sweetness.
