Roasting course with Zenki Ho


This is a roasting class taught entirely in Mandarin

This roasting class will suit beginners, and coffee enthusiasts who just want to know more about the coffee roasting process. Zenki will cover all aspects of coffee roasting basics, from green coffee selection, coffee roasting technique, and quality control post-roast. During the class he will demonstrate how to taste coffee, and identify flavor to industry standards. All roasting will be done on our Probat roaster, with plenty of time for Q & A’s. To further understand the conditions for good roasted coffee, there will also be discussion regarding the factors and variables at origin, which affect our final roasted product.
