The following terms and conditions govern your use and purchasing of products on the Code Black Coffee website. By using our website, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

1. SHIPPING

DOMESTIC

Code Black Coffee aims for all orders to be packed and dispatched within 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays) from when the order was placed. We use Australia Post for all domestic orders. Orders sent via regular post should arrive within 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and with express within 2-4 days. Non-metropolitan areas may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number at the time your order is booked for dispatch. All orders are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’ - if this is undesirable, please leave a note in the delivery instructions box at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped via AusPost. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 (except weekend and public holiday ) hours of payment confirmation, though this cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on quantity and your location. Orders should arrive within 14 business days, though times may vary depending on location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number at the time your order is booked for dispatch.

The estimated shipping costs on the website are as accurate as possible. However, if there is a large discrepancy between the estimated cost and the actual cost, we will get in touch to arrange the appropriate cost.

Import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. AMENDING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

We try and dispatch orders within 48 (except weekend and public holiday ) hours. Depending on when you order, the turnaround time can be as quick as a couple of hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call or email us as soon as possible.

3. REFUNDS + RETURNS

We pride ourselves on roasting only the highest quality product. All our coffee undergoes a rigorous and strict quality assurance process - every single batch is tasted and tested to ensure that each and every bag of coffee we send out meets our standards. For this reason, refunds on coffee purchases cannot be guaranteed.

If you have been sent the wrong product, or it has been wrongly described, please contact warehouse@codeblackcoffee.com.au within 7 business days and we will resolve your issue.

For all equipment and accessories, if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange within 14 business days. If you have changed your mind on your purchase and would like to return it, contact us and ensure that the product is unused, and remains in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for change of mind returns.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Code Black Coffee.

4. CURRENCY

All prices on the Code Black website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

5. PRICING AND INFORMATION

We take care to ensure that all information and pricing on the website is current and accurate. However, from time to time typographical errors, unintentional misinformation, or omissions may occur. All product information and prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Code Black Coffee without prior warning or liability on the part of the company. Code Black Coffee is not bound by any error or incorrect information that appears on the website.

The Code Black Coffee website and all its contents are copyright. The contents of the site are intended solely for the personal use of all users and visitors to the site. All content may be copied or downloaded strictly for personal use only. The reproduction, publication, distribution, display, sale or exploitation of any part of the contents of the site is prohibited.
