Let us help you find out with our Beginner Barista Course which is designed for the home barista, coffee geek, industry novice or anyone looking to learn more about the world’s most complex beverage. We will help guide you through using a commercial espresso machine and teach you how to brew to an espresso recipe, and texture milk correctly.

The course runs for 2-2.5 hours with a maximum of 4 and a minimum of 2 to maximise practical skills and time on the machine. (Please contact us directly, should you wish a private or group lesson).

You understand how to make coffee, but do you understand why or how it got its flavour?

Our Advanced Barista Course is designed for barista’s or home enthusiasts with already a general understanding of coffee and want to help establish themselves in the industry or taking home espresso to the next level.

We will help guide you through what contributes to flavour in coffee, building an espresso recipe, milk science, and latte art. Experience is not necessary but is recommended as we dive straight in to some advance knowledge of coffee.

Although experience isn’t necessary, it is recommended as Latte Art requires muscle memory, patience, and practice. Let us help you on your way.

But all these brew methods have different variables needed to brew each individual device. Let us help explain brew ratio’s, recipes, particle size, and control the variables to help you achieve the ultimate brew.

This course does require a high level of coffee knowledge/experience, although we can cater for the beginner wanting to immerse themselves in the coffee world.
