Liliana Burbano Bolanos has been producing coffee for 14 years, and living at Finca El Nogal for all of that time.
Liliana learnt how to produce quality coffee from her father, as well as further expanding her knowledge by attending talks and trainings.
Her plans for the future include spreading more awareness about offering quality products and improving her cup quality and scores through learning about fermentation.
Liliana wanted to express that this coffee has been processed with a lot of love and effort; to deliver the best quality; and we can certainly agree. This season’s Pink bourbons from Colombia have been outstanding, and Liliana’s lot is reflective of this trend that we hope will continue.
