Consistent and balanced

This coffee bean has very balanced taste - chocolate/nutty smooth flavor when making white coffee and very clean citrus taste in black coffee. Compared to other roasters, we’re very happy with Code Black and this coffee bean as the taste is consistent between bags. Subscription is handy.

Coffee latte has jagged edges

I was happy with the first coffee beans but disappointed with this one. The beans were roasted on 12th Sep 2024, and I started to use them on 28th Sep. Sadly, every time I make latte art with this coffee bean, the edges of the pattern are always jagged. It's been 20 days after roast and it's not getting any better. I compared the pattern with Padre coffee bean several times, but no jagged egde pattern from Padre. So disappointed this time...
