How much coffee do I need for our team?

Based on two cups of single shot coffee per day, we recommend the below for a fortnightly delivery:

2kg = 8-10 people
3kg = 10-15 people
4kg = 15-20 people
5kg = 20-25 people

You can adjust your order at any time once you have created your online account.

 

When will I receive my first order?

Your order will be placed and shipped as soon as you purchase your Subscription. From there, it will continue at the frequency of your selection (for Home Subscriptions).

 

I don't have an online account, how do I get one?

Create your online account here by clicking on the “create account” link and entering your details.

 

How can I make changes to my subscription?

You can change the products, amount or frequency (for home subscriptions) through your Subscription login with the steps below. This will change all upcoming orders.

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account here.
  2. Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button at the top of the page.
  3. Identify your product subscriptions and select the subscription you'd like to make changes to.
  4. Click the "See more details" button in the bottom right of the product box.
  5. To edit quantity, change/add products, edit frequency, addresses or pause/resume click the relevant section.
  6. To view all upcoming orders and dates click the ‘scheduled’ tab.

 

Can I pause my subscription?

Absolutely. Your next order date can also be changed in your account.

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account here.
  2. Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button at the top of the page.
  3. Identify your product subscriptions and select the subscription you'd like to make changes to.
  4. Click the "See more details" button in the bottom right of the box.
  5. Find "Pause subscription” at the bottom right of the page.
  6. In order to resume, click the ‘resume subscription’ button and also scroll up to check the next order date. You can also choose to click ‘order now’ to order immediately or click ‘reschedule to choose an alternative date. 
  7. The subscription product on your ‘Manage Subscription’ landing page should now have a yellow ‘Paused’ tag, to indicate its status.

 

Can I skip a delivery?

Sure can.

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account here.
  2. Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button at the top of the page.
  3. Identify your product subscriptions and select the subscription you'd like to make changes to.
  4. Click the "See more details" button in the bottom right of the box.
  5. Click "Skip Order" on the product details page.
  6. Click "Skip Order" in the popup dialogue to confirm.
  7. To view all upcoming orders and dates click the ‘scheduled’ tab.

 

How do I change my delivery frequency schedule?

This can be adjusted for all Home Coffee Subscriptions.

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account here.
  2. Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button at the top of the page.
  3. Identify your product subscriptions and select the subscription you'd like to make changes to.
  4. Click the "See more details" button in the bottom right of the box.
  5. Find the  "Order Frequency" section on the product details and click “Edit Frequency”.
  6. Select the frequency you want and click "Update".
  7. To view all upcoming orders and dates click the ‘scheduled’ tab.

 

All following deliveries will now be updated to your selected delivery schedule.

 

How do I change my payment details?

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account here.
  2. Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button at the top of the page.
  3. Identify your product subscriptions and select the subscription you'd like to make changes to.
  4. Click the "See more details" button in the bottom right of the box.
  5. Scroll down and find the “Payment Details” section on the right side. Click “Edit”.
  6. Click “Send Email” on the popup dialogue.
  7. A secure email will be sent to your associated mail account to update payment details.

 

Why can’t I get a selected Single Origin on subscription?

Our coffee changes with the seasons and origins best offerings so we have created the Roasters Choice Single Origin Filter and Espresso Subscriptions for this reason. Rotated monthly and selected by our Head Roaster, it’s a line-up of some of the best seasonal filter and espresso Single Origins. This is a great choice for those who like to keep up with the latest specialty lots.

 

How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time, we doubt you’ll want to! Your last charge will be for your last shipped order, if we’ve already processed your order and it's on its way, it will stop from thereafter.

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account here.
  2. Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button at the top of the page.
  3. Identify your product subscriptions and select the subscription you'd like to make changes to.
  4. Click the "See more details" button in the bottom right of the box.
  5. Find "Cancel subscription” at the bottom right of the page.
  6. The subscription product on your ‘Manage Subscription’ landing page should now have a red ‘Closed’ tag, to indicate its status. 
  7. You will not be able to resume this canceled subscription.
