Never risk running low on coffee again. Code Black Coffee Subscriptions are pay as you go with no minimum sign up time. You can change your details, or adjust your order to what you need. Get ready to level up your morning coffee and enjoy the fruits of your labour.

We’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions, but if there is anything else we can help with email us at coffee@codeblackcoffee.com.au and we will get back to you promptly.

When will I receive my first order?

Your order will be placed and shipped as soon as you purchase your Subscription. From there it will continue at the frequency of your selection.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

You can change the products, amount or frequency through your Subscription login with the steps below and this will change all upcoming orders.

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account. Add link
  2. Click the ‘My Account’ icon.
  3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ from the left-hand menu.
  4. Select the order you would like to change.

Can I pause my subscription?

Absolutely. Going on an extended holiday? Your next order date can be changed in your login, all you need to do is select the date you would like your subscription to restart and it will be paused until then.

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account. Add link
  2. Click the ‘My Account’ icon.
  3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ from the left-hand menu.
  4. Select the order you would like to change.
  5. From the Manage drop down menu, select Change Upcoming Order Date.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. You most certainly can.

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account. Add link
  2. Click the ‘My Account’ icon.
  3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ from the left-hand menu.
  4. Select the order you would like to change.
  5. Select ‘Skip Order’ on any deliveries you don’t want to receive. Your deliveries will resume at the normal frequency after this skipped order.

How do I change my delivery frequency schedule?

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account. Add link
  2. Click the ‘My Account’ icon.
  3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ from the left-hand menu.
  4. For the order you would like to change the delivery schedule, select the current frequency (eg. Every 3 Weeks) and update the delivery interval to your new preference.

All following deliveries will now be updated to your selected delivery schedule.

How do I change my payment details?

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account. Add link
  2. Click the ‘My Account’ icon.
  3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ from the left-hand menu.
  4. In your subscription portal, select 'View Details' then 'Payment Information'. From this box, select edit in the top right corner.
  5. Once you have entered your updated payment details, select save.

How can I customise one order without changing my regular subscription?

  1. Log in to your Code Black Coffee account.
  2. Click the ‘My Account’ icon.
  3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ from the left-hand menu.
  4. Select the Order you would like to change.
  5. From the ‘Next Order’ column, find the order you would like changed and select ‘Product Quantities’.
  6. Enter your desired quantity for that delivery and click update.

This will update only the order you selected and all other deliveries will follow your set subscriptions quantities.

Why can’t I get a selected Single Origin on subscription?

Our coffee changes with the seasons and origins best. We have created the Roasters Choice Single Origin Filter and Espresso subscription for this reason. Rotated monthly and selected by our Head Roaster, it is a line-up of the best seasonal filter offerings. This is a great choice for those who like to keep up with the latest specialty lots.

How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time, we doubt you’ll want to! You can do this through your customer login Add link. Your last charge will be for your last shipped order, if we have already processed your order and it’s on its way, it will stop from thereafter.
