Roseira Farm is located in Lambari municipality, in the Serra da Mantiquera region. The area encompasses a network of small scale producers with a strong community network and clear focus on environmental growth and sustainability.
Leda and Jose Edvaldo own Roseira Farm, and have been dedicated to cultivating specialty and sustainable coffee crops for twenty years. They strive to preserve the diverse surroundings of natural springs and forests in tandem with their operation.
All of their red catuai, mondo novo and yellow bourbon varieties are selectively hand picked when ripe. On each day of picking, sacks transport the cherries to the concrete patios where they are naturally dried in the sun; stirred often until they reach the optimal moisture content.
In 2020 they used their success in their operation to build new infrastructure which allows them to process their coffees in their own farm.
