The following terms and conditions govern your use and purchase of products on the Code Black Coffee website. By using our website, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

1. AMENDING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
We dispatch orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Depending on when you order, the turnaround time can be as quick as a couple of hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at warehouse@codeblackcoffee.com.au.
2. REFUNDS + RETURNS
We pride ourselves on roasting only the highest quality product. All of our coffee undergoes a strict quality assurance process - every single batch is tasted and tested to ensure that every bag of coffee we send out meets our standards.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Code Black Coffee, so we have a 14-day return policy. If you’re unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the website for any reason, please contact us for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, and the reason for the return. Goods that need to be posted back can be sent to: Code Black Coffee, 15/17 Weston St, Brunswick VIC 3056.
If you have been sent the wrong product, or it has been wrongly described, please contact warehouse@codeblackcoffee.com.au within 14 days, and we will resolve your issue.
3. EQUIPTMENT + ASSESORIES
If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you have changed your mind on your purchase and would like to return it, contact us and ensure that the product is unused and remains in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
If the order is lost in transit by Australia Post or any other third-party shipping company, we will be unable to refund the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Code Black Coffee if there has been an error made by the customer, Australia Post, or any other third-party shipper.
4. ONGOING COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you signed up for an ongoing subscription, your first charge will be on the day you purchased the subscription. After your first delivery, we will then charge you each time we pack and send out your coffee subscription delivery. Dates for send-outs can be found in your online account.
Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at warehouse@codeblackcoffee.com.au. Please note we require 3 working days' notice to cancel your subscription if we are advised via email.
