    Code Black Coffee packs and dispatches all coffee orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Machinery and equipment dispatch may vary; we will contact you if there is a delay. We use Australia Post and eParcel for all domestic and international orders.

  • ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

    You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID number and link when your order is booked for dispatch. All orders are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’ - if this is undesirable, please leave a note in the delivery instructions box at checkout.

    You can also track and manage your order through the AusPost app.

    METROPOLITAN AREAS

    Standard post delivery: 3-5 business days

    Express post delivery: 2-4 business days

    NON METROPOLITAN AREAS

    Delivery to more remote regional areas, Western Australia and the Northern Territory may take longer; postal delays are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch. Please contact us if your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, and we will look into this further.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Orders should arrive within 14 business days, although this may vary based on location. 

    The estimated shipping costs on the website are as accurate as possible. However, if there is a large discrepancy between the estimated cost and the actual cost, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate cost.
