    You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number at the time your order is booked for dispatch. All orders are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’ - if this is undesirable, please leave a note in the delivery instructions box at checkout.

    METROPOLITION AREAS

    Standard post delivery: 3-5 business days

    Express post delivery: 2-4 business days

    NON METROPOLITION AREAS

    Delivery to more remote regional areas, Western Australia and the Northern Territory may take longer; postal delays are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch. Please contact us if your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, and we will look into this further.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPPING

    Orders should arrive within 14 business days, although this may vary based on location. 

    The estimated shipping costs on the website are as accurate as possible. However, if there is a large discrepancy between the estimated cost and the actual cost, we will get in touch to arrange the appropriate cost.
