Colombia Zarza Pacamara E.A. Decaf Espresso - Single Origin

Jonathan Gasca, his wife Alejandra and his lovely family are the backbone of Zarza coffee in Huila, Colombia. The Gasca brothers and their family have been passionately producing coffee at scale for 80 years. Their progression and achievements over that time are nothing less than spectacular. 

Jhonatan and his family have taken specialty coffee to new heights, and their coffee reflects their passion for the industry. This lot is an extension of their hard work; a Pacamara produced on their Bella Vista farm and processed through E.A. sugarcane decaffeination. 

An incredibly special and uncommon Decaf microlot, that is well deserving of our ‘Top Shelf’ label.
